The reservation fee is ₱30,000, credited toward the downpayment. A parking slot is reserved separately for ₱10,000.
Requirements depend on the buyer’s circumstances.
Local buyers typically provide two valid government-issued IDs, TIN, proof of billing address, and reservation-fee payment.
OFWs typically provide a valid passport, overseas employment contract or work permit, TIN, and an SPA when reserving remotely.

Your first monthly payment typically begins 30 days after the reservation date.
The recurring due date follows the day you reserved: 1st–7th, every 7th; 8th–15th, every 15th; 16th–22nd, every 22nd; 23rd–30th/31st, every 30th, or the applicable February date.
DMCI sends payment reminders through SMS and email before each due date.
Promo Terms or a 30% Regular Terms downpayment, paid through post-dated checks or auto-debit. The Payment Calculator shows the exact schedule for any unit.
After the downpayment, the balance can be paid through bank financing or DMCI in-house financing. Current financing terms can be confirmed with the DMCI Sales Team.
