The Location

Three layouts, from Studio to 2BR.
The Oriana is planned across a 9,314 sqm site in Project 4, Quezon City, with two residential towers: North Tower and South Tower.
The residences range from Studio to 2BR, with floor areas of approximately 30 to 81.5 sqm, designed for city living along a rail line.
Here, value is measured less by price per square metre and more by what is within walking distance: a rail station, schools, a hospital, and everyday markets.
Twin towers shaped by planning, quality, and trust.
The Oriana is planned in a Modern Tropical style, with two towers of 54 residential levels, each above seven basement parking levels.
Behind the finished property are documented project credentials and an established developer, DMCI Homes, bringing its Lumiventt® Design Technology to both towers.
