Liran and Stellan are part of the development, with details still to be announced.
Cadence has a sky promenade with open-air corridors designed with DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® technology. Shared spaces shown in the project images include a lap pool, a lounge area and a children’s playground.
The important point is that what you can buy today is Cadence: a finished building, with Robinsons Place Las Piñas reached on foot.
You can visit the building as it is. Liran and Stellan matter to the longer picture of the development, but there is nothing to evaluate in them yet.
